Senior Program Assistant
Emma joined The Baker Center as an undergraduate volunteer in September of 2022 and switched to her current role as a Program Assistant for CET and Camp Baker in May 2023. She currently assists with administrative functions and clinical intake for CET and Camp Baker. She graduated from Boston College in December 2022 with a Psychology, B.S. and Concentration in Clinical Psychology. She has previously worked as a research assistant in the Social Evaluations and Emotions Lab at UC Santa Barabara and as an intern at Mathematica Policy Research. She also currently volunteers as a research assistant for Dr. Oh Myo Kim at BC. She plans to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. Her clinical interests include evidence-based practices for trauma-informed care for adolescents, and her research interests include the intersectionality of transracial adoption, identity development, and mental health outcomes.
