Post-Masters Fellowship
Fellowship Overview
Our Post-Masters Fellowship is a 24-month training program housed in The Baker Center’s outpatient clinic, the Center for Effective Therapy. The fellowship trains social workers and mental health counselors in the use of evidence-based practices to treat children, adolescents, and their families with emotional and behavioral challenges. We train fellows in semi-structured diagnostic interviewing as well as modular treatments of youth mental health problems using established evidence-based practices. Fellows will gain experience in assessment, creating psychodiagnostics reports, integrating quantitative and qualitative data to create treatment recommendations, and conducting evidence-based treatment. The Fellowship begins Summer 2025 and applications open on January 20, 2025 and will be accepted on a rolling a basis until positions are filled.
- Full time employment with benefits for 24 months in the CET clinic

Salary starting at $45,000 per year with performance-based increase to $50,000 for the second year

100 hours of 1:1 supervision with a LICSW or LMHC that can be used toward licensure

Over 3500 hours of direct clinical experience that can be used toward licensure
