What are CARE Groups?

Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) is a trauma-informed set of skills that can be used by adults who interact with children and teens who have experienced trauma. CARE is not a therapy program, but rather a prevention and early intervention approach that can reduce the symptoms of trauma while strengthening resiliency through the caregiver-child relationship.
